If you have been unwell or have a health condition, you may need to take time off work or school. We can issue you same-day sick notes.
Please note the following:
We are unable to issue sick notes for longer than 14 days at a time.
Maximum duration of sicknotes for any single issue is 6wks in total. At this threshold, you will be re-directed to your NHS GP if you require longer time off. We are unable to back-date sicknotes. We are a private GP Service; hence we do not provide Med3 notes (more relevant for SSP use; these are available from your NHS GP only.) The doctor will assess you, and if the doctor agrees your health affects your ability to work, they can issue a sick note. The sicknote certificates
will be on company headed paper, with the doctor’s full name and GMC registration number.

Even the all-powerful Pointing has no control about the blind texts it is an almost unorthographic life One day however a small line of blind text by the name of Lorem Ipsum decided to leave for the far World of Grammar.
